The Christian Mobile Medical Team is made up of volunteer doctors, nurses, dentists, optometrists and laypersons who reach out to minister to the physical and spiritual needs of adults and children and their families in different regions of Ukraine.
Our main goal is to share good news about Jesus Christ.
We do the following:
- Set up medical, dental, ophthalmic, and pharmacy clinics in different villages all over Ukraine from Friday night till Sunday afternoon in places where local schools, churches or community buildings house temporary clinics;
-Make basic physical examinations and diagnoses to local patients;
-Prescribe proper medication and treatment; the prescriptions are filled in at our on-site pharmacy free of charge to the patients;
-Make X-ray examinations using a modern mobile X-ray lab;
-Make cardio monitor and ultrasound examination;
-Perform complete blood counts and urinalysis using a biochemical lab;
-Provide eye examination and give free proper eyeglasses to the patients;
-Hold Bible school for the children on-site every day;
-Give out Bibles and Christian books to the village people.
